OTT Fall Season Sunday Training

Service Description

12 Week Fall Season Weekly Classes with the best Flag Football Coaches in the city. *This is only for the Sunday Classes* Age Group: 7 and Above Start Date: August 25th - December 15th Location: LCSD Southern or Happy Valley. Parents will be notified the exact LCSD venue 6 days prior to the start of camp week. Classes that are canceled due to weather / health hazard (eg virus) can be made up during any term and holiday camp — excluding summer camp. Families should contact OTT to arrange a make-up class. No refund will be issued in any case. Weather that Cancels Classes: T3 and escalating Black rain A refund is only issued due to a cancelled program by OTT. No refunds will be issued due to a missed class by the student-athlete or due to changes noted in the Updated Class Schedule. Unused fees made to OTT can be credited towards a future program. A missed class can be made up in any future term or holiday camp upon request and approval by OTT. The Updated Class Schedule: OTT Flag utilizes the Hong Kong Government (LCSD) facilities to administer our programs. These facilities can become unavailable due to being open to booking by the public, other organizations and reserved for government activities. As a result, changes may occur to the originally scheduled class posted on our programs page (i.e. Terms, Holiday Camps, Summer Camp). OTT makes every effort to avoid schedule changes where possible; however, they can occur. In the event of a schedule change, we will provide other class options for the day in mind to ensure our student-athlete’s have an opportunity to receive their football class. For any subsequent changes made to the class schedule, we will use our Class Update Notification System (via email, SMS) to update parents and student-athletes.
