Private Training Sessions

Service Description

Private lessons through our program will be catered to help the student-athletes to not only excel in football but also in physical training to help build a proper foundation and become more athletic. Coaches will work individually with the student to work on weaknesses and improve overall skills so that student-athletes will be ready to take on any physical activity safely and effortlessly. Private lessions will be following the NASM OPT protocol for Youth Exercise. A private session may be canceled without penalty up to two hours before the start of the session. A session that is canceled or is a "no show" under two hours before the start of session will forfeit the entire single session fee.
