Terms and Conditions for OTT Flag Football Program

 

Welcome to the OTT flag football program! We are excited to have your child participate in our program and we want to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and safe experience. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before registering your child for our program.

 

1. Eligibility: Our flag football program is open to children aged 11 to 18 years old. Children must be enrolled in the appropriate age group based on their age as of the start of the program.

2. Registration: To register your child for our program, you must complete the online registration form and submit payment in full. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the program is full. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the program at any time.

3. Fees: The program fee is non-refundable except in the case of program cancellation. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or events.

4. Code of Conduct: We expect all participants to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any form of bullying, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or expulsion from the program.

5. Safety: We take the safety of our participants seriously and have implemented safety measures to reduce the risk of injury. Flag football is a non-contact sport; however, there is always a risk of injury. By registering your child for our program, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. Liability: We are not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of participation in our program. By registering your child for our program, you waive any and all claims against us, our staff, and our volunteers for any injury or damage that may occur.

7. Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact. However, if we are unable to reach you, we are authorized to seek medical treatment for your child.

8. Photography and Media: We may take photographs or videos of participants during our program for promotional purposes. By registering your child for our program, you consent to the use of these photographs and videos for promotional purposes.

9. Communication: We may communicate with you via email or text message regarding program updates, schedule changes, and other important information. By registering your child for our program, you consent to receive these communications.

10. Agreement: By registering your child for our program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. You also certify that your child is physically able to participate in our program.
